DFS 01 Introduction to DFS Product and Application

Who should attend: Contractor/Dealer salesperson/installer/service person to gain the steps necessary for applying, designing, installing, and servicing a DFS/RLC system.

Definitions: DFS: Duct Free System  RLC: Residential Light Commercial Systems

Topics Covered:

1. Steps needed to properly select the proper equipment for the application.
2. Steps needed to properly size the correct equipment for the application.
3. Steps needed to properly layout a well-performing system.

This course is targeted to give the salesperson the knowledge and confidence to confidently design and apply to the residential light commercial market.

This course will provide the installer the knowledge to foresee design oversight so they can bring awareness to the Dealer/Contractor prior to start-up

This course will provide the service person the knowledge and understanding to keep design and application in mind when performing service-related tasks. Many times service related calls are the result of Product and Application oversight or misunderstanding.
